A member reports an incident that raises our concern. Last night at 22.24 a man knocked on the door of the resident who lives at Portland Flats. The man was persistent, knocking three times. He was holding what appeared to be a bag of clothes and carried an ID badge which he showed to the CCTV camera. Our member quite rightly chose not to open the door to him. The man then took a photo of the front door and left. We have CCTV images of the incident. If you saw anyone in the vicinity of the flats last night or noticed anything out of the ordinary please let us know and keep an eye out. The Police have been notified and an incident number raised.
